研究了数控激光切割机在进行金属板切割时激光束经凸透镜聚焦的聚焦光束传播方向的偏转问题。找出了当激光束中心入射线与聚焦镜(凸透镜)光轴异面时影响聚焦光束方向的几个入射物理量,并运用几何光学原理给出了聚焦光束方向与它们之间的关系式,同时提出了一个调节聚焦光束方向并使聚焦光束垂直于待切割板材板面的方法。切割实验表明,在一定的调节范围内,采用此方法可以方便地调整聚焦光束方向。这一方法也适用于其他采用透镜聚焦的激光加工设备,并为此类设备的聚焦光束方向调节设计提供了一个新的选择和依据。
The deflection of the focusing beam of the laser beam focused by the lenticular lens during the cutting of the metal plate was studied. Several incident physical quantities that affect the direction of the focused beam when the incident line of the laser beam and the focusing lens (convex lens) are out of phase are found. The relation between the direction of the focused beam and their direction is given by the principle of geometrical optics. A method is proposed for adjusting the direction of the focused beam and for focusing the beam perpendicular to the plate surface to be cut. Cutting experiments show that in a certain range of adjustment, this method can easily adjust the focus beam direction. This method is also applicable to other laser processing equipment using lens focusing, and provides a new choice and basis for the design of the direction of focus beam of such equipment.
