我院儿科自1975年至1986年来共收治111例溶血性尿毒综合征病儿。现报告如下: 一、一般资料:11例中男8例.女3例,年龄最小的为8.5月,最大者13岁。其中小于1岁1例,1～4岁1例,5～7岁2例,8～13岁7例。可见本组发病年龄以学龄儿童为主。男女之比为2.7:1。二、症状、体征及实验室检查:前驱症状均有低热(37.5～38.5℃),其中有消化道症状者8例,感冒、咳嗽2例。除有急性溶血性贫血、急性肾功能不
Pediatrics in our hospital from 1975 to 1986 were treated 111 cases of hemolytic uremic syndrome in children.
