目的 :探讨八珍汤对粒系、单核系细胞养血补血的作用机理。方法 :观察了八珍汤对正常小鼠、正常和血虚大鼠脾条件培养液 (SCM)和正常小鼠肺条件培养液 (LCM)中集落刺激因子 (CSFs)的生成水平。结果 :八珍汤能显著促进正常小鼠、正常大鼠的脾淋巴细胞和混合脾淋巴细胞产生集落刺激因子 (CSFs) ,显著提高血虚大鼠脾淋巴细胞和混合脾淋巴细胞分泌CSFs的水平 ,明显促进正常小鼠肺条件培养液(LCM)中CSFs的生成。结论 :八珍汤对粒系、单核系细胞的养血补血作用机理与其刺激CSFs分泌有关
Objective : To investigate the mechanism of Bazhen Decoction on the nourishing blood of granular and mononuclear cells. Methods: The production of colony stimulating factors (CSFs) in Bazhen Decoction was studied in normal mice, normal and hypoxic rat spleen conditioned medium (SCM) and normal mouse lung conditioned medium (LCM). Results: Bazhen Decoction can significantly promote the production of colony stimulating factors (CSFs) in spleen lymphocytes and mixed spleen lymphocytes of normal and normal rats, and significantly increase the level of CSFs secreted by spleen lymphocytes and mixed spleen lymphocytes in blood deficiency rats. , significantly promote the formation of CSFs in normal mice lung conditioned medium (LCM). Conclusion : The mechanism of nourishing and enriching blood of granulocytic and mononuclear cells by Bazhen Decoction is related to the stimulation of the secretion of CSFs
