为研究减梁增肋法加固前后空心板桥的力学性能及验证加固效果,以一座30m跨径预应力空心板梁桥为例,通过加固前后的静力试验数据分析与对比,研究了加固前后空心板桥主要力学性能的变化规律。研究结果表明:采用减梁增肋法加固后的空心板桥测试截面应力与挠度明显减小,横向分布趋于均匀;加固前后应变和挠度实测数值对比可见,加固后桥梁测试截面应变实测值为加固前的27%~83%,挠度实测值为加固前的28%~45%,应力及挠度显著降低,表明加固后旧梁板受力状况明显改善,承载力得到有效提升,加固效果明显。
In order to study the mechanical properties of hollow slab bridge before and after reinforcement by beam reducing and ribbing method and verify the reinforcement effect, taking a 30m span prestressed hollow slab-beam bridge as an example, through the analysis and comparison of static test data before and after reinforcement, Variations of Main Mechanical Properties of Hollow Slab Bridges. The results show that the stress and deflection of the cross-section of hollow slab bridge strengthened by the beam-reducing and rib-embedding method are obviously reduced and the lateral distribution tends to be uniform. Compared with the measured values of the strain and deflection before and after the reinforcement, the measured strain of bridge cross- 27% -83% before reinforcement, and the measured deflection is 28% -45% before reinforcement, the stress and deflection are significantly reduced, which shows that the stress of the old beam is obviously improved, the bearing capacity is effectively enhanced, and the reinforcement effect is obvious.
