依托郑州市陇海路快速通道波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁工程,比较不同温度条件下采用聚氨酯材料和乳化沥青材料的铺装与桥面板的层间黏结性能。试验结果表明:AC型、SMA型桥面铺装与桥面板层间抗剪和拉拔性能均随温度升高而降低;防水黏结层采用聚氨酯材料时,在低温、常温及高温条件下,AC型、SMA型沥青混凝土桥面铺装与桥面板层间剪切强度、层间拉拔强度均要高于采用乳化沥青材料;桥面铺装采用AC型沥青混凝土时,铺装与桥面板层间黏结性能要优于SMA型沥青混凝土。
Relying on the Zhengzhou Longhai fast corrugated steel web PC composite box girder project, the different temperature conditions using polyurethane materials and emulsified asphalt pavement and bridge deck adhesive properties. The test results show that the shear resistance and drawing performance of AC type, SMA type deck decks and deck slab decrease with the increase of temperature. When the waterproof bonding layer is made of polyurethane, under the conditions of low temperature, normal temperature and high temperature, AC Type, SMA asphalt concrete deck pavement and bridge deck shear strength, the interlayer pull-out strength should be higher than the use of emulsified asphalt material; bridge deck pavement AC-type asphalt concrete pavement and the deck layer Bonding performance is better than SMA type asphalt concrete.
