基于3种不同类型汽车的多体系统动力学模型,按照有关标准和规范,分别进行了转向盘阶跃角输入、转向盘脉冲角输入、稳态回转行驶工况的汽车操纵稳定性虚拟实验,总结了采用虚拟实验技术进行汽车操纵稳定性仿真分析的方法。通过对仿真计算结果与实验结果的比较,研究了影响汽车操纵稳定性仿真分析精度的几个重要因素。进一步采用正交实验设计优化方法,以轿车为例分析了部分弹性元件力学特性参数对转向盘阶越角输入下的整车横摆瞬态特性的影响。
Based on the multi-body dynamics model of three different types of vehicles, virtual manipulations of vehicle handling stability are carried out according to the relevant standards and specifications, respectively. Steering angle input, steering angle pulse input and steady- Summarizes the use of virtual experimental technology for vehicle handling stability simulation analysis. By comparing the simulation results with the experimental results, several important factors that affect the accuracy of the simulation of vehicle handling stability are studied. Furthermore, orthogonal experimental design optimization method is adopted to analyze the influence of the mechanical characteristics of some elastic elements on the transient characteristics of the vehicle yaw under the input of the steering angle of the steering wheel.
