众所周知,20世纪70年代末起步的中国改革开放,意味着治国理政思路的创新。深圳经济特区的创建,则意味着中国治理体系从局部开始探索新路。没有创新,就没有当年“春天的故事”和今天的深圳特区。而在中国创新需要整体注入新观念、新动力、形成发展新机制的今天,中共十八届四中全会上习总书记对依法治国作了全面阐述,历史性地提出了全新的执政理念—“依宪治国”。我相信,群贤毕至的“首届大梅沙中国创新论坛”必将沿着此次全会指引
As we all know, China’s reform and opening up, which started in the late 1970s, meant that the idea of governing the country was innovative. The creation of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone means that the Chinese governance system has started to explore new roads locally. Without innovation, there is no current “Spring Story” and today’s Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Today, as China’s innovation needs to inject new ideas and new impetus into its entirety and form a new mechanism for its development, the general secretary of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made a comprehensive exposition of governing the country according to law and proposed a brand-new concept of governing - “According to the constitutional government.” I believe that after the completion of the group Yin “the first Dameisha China Innovation Forum ” is bound to follow the plenary session of the guidelines
