目的:探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)患者肿瘤组织和血浆中mi R-17-5p的表达特点及临床意义。方法:选取2009年6月-2013年6月经手术切除的OSCC组织标本和外周血标本各42例,使用q RT-PCR测定mi R-17-5p的表达;采用Mann-Whitney U检验分析mi R-17表达及预后的相关性。结果:OSCC组织和血浆中mi R-17-5p表达显著上调(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度无明显相关(P>0.05),但与肿瘤的TNM分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);术前血浆中mi R-17-5p高表达者术后1年的复发率高于低表达者(P<0.05);治愈患者术后血浆中mi R-17-5p表达明显低于术前血浆中mi R-17-5p含量(P<0.05),而OSCC术后复发患者无明显变化。结论:mi R-17-5p可以作为临床评估OSCC侵袭、转移和术后复发进行评价的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of mi R-17-5p in tumor tissues and plasma of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: Forty-two OSCC tissues and peripheral blood samples from June 2009 to June 2013 were collected. The expression of mi R-17-5p was detected by q RT-PCR. The mi R -17 expression and prognosis. Results: The expression of mi R-17-5p in OSCC tissues and plasma was significantly up-regulated (P <0.05), but not significantly correlated with gender, age and tumor differentiation (P> 0.05), but closely correlated with tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The preoperative plasma mi R-17-5p overexpression was associated with a higher recurrence rate at one year postoperatively than those with low overexpression (P <0.05). The postoperative plasma levels of mi R-17-5p The expression of mi R-17-5p in preoperative plasma was significantly lower than that in preoperative plasma (P <0.05), while there was no significant change in OSCC recurrence. Conclusion: mi R-17-5p can be used as an important index in the clinical evaluation of OSCC invasion, metastasis and postoperative recurrence.
