1918年石川岛播磨重工业公司(IHI)在东京开始了大批生产船用和工业用汽轮机。1935年生产了日本第一台船用交流发电机组,当时就研制出 IHI 型训速器及其系统并使它们标准化。本文介绍调速器及其理论的简单发展史,并通过古典的自动控制理论对 IHI 调速器的稳定性和动态特性作一般分析。分析结果认为,伺服马达特性的恒定伺服时间是很重要的。此外,本文还简述了非线性(由杠杆机构的间隙调速器元件上的摩擦等而产生的非线性)的影响。最近,由于国际上需求量不断增加,世界各制造厂制造的调速器已用于先进复杂的调节装置上。IHI 以其多年积累的工程技术经验制成的调速系统已被各种用途的汽轮机广泛采用。
1918 Ishikawa Shot Industries (IHI) started mass production of marine and industrial steam turbines in Tokyo. In 1935, Japan’s first marine AC generator was produced. At that time, IHI-type speedometers and their systems were developed and standardized. This paper introduces the simple history of governor and its theory, and analyzes the stability and dynamic characteristics of IHI governor through classical automatic control theory. The result of the analysis is that the constant servo time of the servo motor characteristics is very important. In addition, the article also briefly describes the effects of non-linearity (non-linearity due to friction on the clearance governor element of the lever mechanism). Recently, due to the increasing demand in the world, governors manufactured by various manufacturing plants in the world have been used in advanced and complicated adjusting devices. IHI with its years of engineering experience accumulated speed control system has been widely used for various purposes turbine.
