目的调查基层妇幼保健院各类人员医院感染的认知状况并进行分析,了解基层妇幼保健院感染管理现状。方法问卷调查妇幼保健院各级各类人员。结果妇幼保健院各类人员医院感染知晓率依次排列为护士、医生、管理人员、药技、工勤、其它人员,主要表现医院感染全员意识、具体概念、职业防护、手卫生知识知晓率偏低。结论医院感染管理者必须加强各级各类人员医院感染知识的宣传、培训工作,树立医院感染全员参与的意识。
Objective To investigate the status of nosocomial infection among various kinds of staff in grass-roots MCH and to analyze the status quo of infection management in grass-roots MCH. Methods Questionnaire survey maternity and child care hospitals at all levels of various types of personnel. Results The awareness rate of nosocomial infection among various kinds of staff in MCH ranked nurses, doctors, managers, pharmacy technicians, workers and other staffs as the main manifestations of hospital infection. The specific awareness, occupational protection and hand hygiene knowledge awareness rate low. Conclusion Hospital infection managers must strengthen the propaganda and training of hospital infection knowledge of all kinds of personnel at all levels and establish the consciousness of full participation of hospital infection.
