明清时期盐区盐业的兴盛催生、促进了“余姚腔”等中国传统戏曲“四大声腔”的形成和成熟。盐区也是孕育新剧种的温床,在盐区诞生或演出的地方戏剧种繁多,如沿海海盐产区的粤剧、潮剧、莆仙戏、姚剧、扬剧、淮剧、徽戏,内地池盐产区的蒲剧、井盐产区的川剧等,甚至盐运线也是各种地方戏的主要演出区域,川剧、恩施灯戏、威宁傩戏等剧种就常常沿盐路演出。盐业对明清戏曲声腔、地方戏剧种形成和传播有重大贡献。
During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, salt industry flourished in the salt region, promoting the formation and maturity of traditional Chinese opera such as “Yuyao Cavity” and “Four Voices”. The salt region is also a breeding ground for new operas. There are many kinds of local operas in the salt regions such as Cantonese Opera, Chao Opera, Puxian Opera, Yao Opera, Yang Opera, Huai Opera, Huai Opera, The Sichuan opera, and even the salt transport line is also a major performance area for various local operas. Sichuan Opera, Enshi Lantern Theater, Weining Nuo Opera and other operas often perform along the salt road. The salt industry made a significant contribution to the formation and spread of drama in the Ming and Qing dynasties.
