目的 分离鉴定艹婴 艹奥 地上部分的化学成分。方法 通过硅胶柱色谱 ,SephadexLH 2 0及制备HPLC方法分离 ,对其进行理化常数和光谱分析确定结构。结果 自 艹婴 艹奥 地上部分分离得到 11个多酚化合物 ,均属首次分离。结论 化合物 1为新化合物 ,经鉴定其结构为 3,5 二甲氧基 4 羟基苯丙醇 9 氧 β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the aboveground part of the baby. Methods Separation by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH 2 0 and preparative HPLC were performed. The physicochemical constants and spectral analysis were used to determine the structure. Results Eleven polyphenols were isolated from the aboveground part of the baby, and they were isolated for the first time. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound and its structure was identified as 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenylpropanol 9 oxy-β-D-glucopyranoside.
