一、目的、材料与方法 多效唑(PP_(333))是近年来研究使用的一种生长抑制剂,它除拮抗赤霉素作用外,还具有多种效能。本试验试图了解PP_(333)对试管苗生根与移栽成活率的影响。 以菊花(Dendranthema morifolium Tzvel.)和蔓长春花(Vinca major L.)之健壮试管苗为材料。MS培养基为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的PP_(333)(0.01~50ppm),蔗糖2%,琼脂0.8%,pH5.8。培养基采用高压蒸气法灭菌。培养温度为25±2℃,光照10h/d。培养2周后观察记录。 二、结果与分析 研究表明,适当浓度的PP_(333)对菊花和蔓长春花试管苗生根具有明显的促进作用。当PP_(333)浓度为0.01~1.0ppm时,菊花苗生根率为100%;蔓长春花的生根率随PP_(333)浓度增
