10月27日,上海色织四厂大跨度多层框架结构布机车间大楼工程通过市级鉴定。国内、外许多专家都去参观了该工程后,。布机上楼,本非易事,加上设备工艺的要求,在1600多平方米的面积内,仅有4根柱子,给建筑结构设计和施工带来一系列难题。上海工业建筑设计院、纺建公司的工程技术人员大胆创新,采用大跨度预应力混凝土框架结构,取得成功。本文介绍的就是该工程中的关键工艺——40米大梁后张预应力施工。
On October 27th, the Shanghai Sezhi No. 4 Plant’s large-span multi-storey frame structure cloth machine shop building project passed municipal appraisal. Many experts at home and abroad have visited the project. Upstairs on the upstairs, this is not an easy task, coupled with the requirements of equipment technology, in the area of more than 1600 square meters, there are only 4 pillars, which brings a series of problems to the design and construction of the building structure. The engineers and technicians of Shanghai Industrial Building Design Institute and Spinning Construction Co., Ltd. boldly innovated and adopted a large-span prestressed concrete frame structure and achieved success.
