介绍二齿差滚动活齿传动的结构和传动原理,确定顶事件、中间事件和底事件,并绘制该传动系统的故障树。将模糊数学的基本原理与传统故障树分析方法相结合,推导出计算顶事件发生概率的模糊算子。对二齿差滚动活齿传动进行定性分析和定量分析。当底事件发生的概率分别为确定数或模糊数时分别计算得出顶事件发生的概率。
This paper introduces the structure and transmission principle of two-tooth differential rolling movable tooth transmission, determines the top event, middle event and bottom event, and draws the fault tree of the transmission system. Combining the basic principle of fuzzy mathematics with the traditional fault tree analysis method, the fuzzy operator to calculate the probability of top event is deduced. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of two-tooth differential rolling movable tooth transmission. When the probability of the occurrence of the base event is the number of determinations or the number of ambiguities respectively, the probability of the occurrence of the top event is calculated.
