目的探讨院前无创机械通气辅助药物联合治疗急性心肌梗死并左心衰竭对患者血清NT-pro BNP、CK-MB、Tn I水平的影响。方法将急性心肌梗死并左心衰竭患者208例随机分为试验组和对照组各104例。2组患者均给予重组人B型钠尿肽联合替罗非班治疗,试验组于院前额外给予无创机械通气,对照组给予常规院前治疗,观察2组患者血清NT-pro BNP、CK-MB、Tn I水平。结果治疗后2组患者血清NT-pro BNP、CK-MB及c Tn I水平均低于治疗前,且试验组降低幅度明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前无创机械通气辅助药物联合治疗急性心肌梗死并左心衰竭可显著降低患者血清NT-pro BNP、CK-MB和Tn I水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of pre-hospital noninvasive mechanical ventilation adjuvant on serum NT-pro BNP, CK-MB and Tn I levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure. Methods 208 patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 104 cases. Two groups of patients were given recombinant human B-type natriuretic peptide combined with tirofiban treatment, the experimental group in the hospital before additional noninvasive mechanical ventilation, the control group were given conventional pre-hospital treatment, the two groups observed serum NT-pro BNP, CK- MB, Tn I level. Results The serum levels of NT-pro BNP, CK-MB and cTn I in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the decrease in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Prehospital noninvasive mechanical ventilation adjuvant treatment of acute myocardial infarction and left ventricular failure can significantly reduce serum NT-pro BNP, CK-MB and Tn I levels.
