以柯萨奇病毒Ｂ３感染Ｂａｌｂ／ｃ小鼠建立心肌炎模型，用小柴胡汤进行治疗。结果显示，小柴胡汤能够调节Ｔ细胞亚群，影响抗心肌抗体的产生，有助于机体对病毒的清除，对病毒性心肌炎起到有效治疗作用。
A model of myocarditis was established by infecting Balb/c mice with Coxsackievirus B3 and treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction. The results showed that Xiaochaihu Decoction can regulate T cell subsets, affect the production of anti-cardiac antibodies, help the body’s elimination of the virus, and play an effective therapeutic role in viral myocarditis.
