研发出莱钢 5 0t超高功率电弧炉用氧模块化控制系统。该系统运用模块化与分时段控制技术 ,通过控制各时段供氧量 ,实现了电弧炉内优化供氧 ,使冶炼周期缩短 3min ,吨钢氧耗降低 10m3,金属收得率提高 1.0 %~ 1.5 % ,电极消耗降低 0 .3~ 0 .5kg t的效果。
