鼻衄是临床常见症状,以往常用凡士林油纱条堵塞压处置,痛苦较多,故着手探索简易止血新法。自1980年开始,我院先后曾自制过:含主药麻黄素的止血糊剂、膏剂、但皆不甚理想,其后又附加中药白及、三七等止血消炎药,利用白及浆成膜特性为基质,制成膜剂剂型,经多次反复配比调剂与治疗实践,设计出如下处方其主要成分:盐酸麻黄素粉4%,三七粉1%,龙骨粉1%,醋酸洗必太粉0.05%,白及10%(制浆成膜剂)。
