泡沫沥青冷再生技术以其节约能源、降低成本、利于环保等优点在我国得到飞速发展,为解决泡沫沥青混合料抗车辙能力低,水稳性不好等缺点,采用交通运输部公路科学研究院提出的断级配双曲线模型进行泡沫沥青混合料级配设计,将新料的级配设计方法用到再生料当中,并首次采用断级配设计方法对泡沫沥青混合料进行设计,经试验测试,采用断级配双曲线模型能够有效提高泡沫沥青混合料的水稳性和抗车辙能力。
In order to solve the shortcomings such as low resistance to rutting and poor water stability of foamed bituminous asphalt mixture, the technology of foam asphalt cold recycling has been developed rapidly in our country because of its advantages of energy saving, cost reduction and environmental friendliness. Adopting the Highway Science Research Institute of Ministry of Transport, The proposed hyperbolic model is applied to the gradation design of foamed bituminous mixture. The gradation design method of new material is applied to the recycled material. The foamed bituminous mixture is designed for the first time by the method of grade design. After the test , The use of broken-grade hyperbolic model can effectively improve the foam asphalt mixture water stability and anti-rutting ability.
