黄村镇位于京南永定河畔,地处被誉为“绿海甜园”的大兴县城,1985年1月建立镇财政所。该镇财政所长李连军自成立财政所参加乡财政工作十年来,带领财政所干部职工共组织财政收入5956万元,年年超额完成县财政下达的收入任务,财政收入以年平均22%的速度递增。1994年黄村镇财政所完成财政收入1292万元,比建所初期1985年的178万元增长了6.3倍。
Huangcun Town is located in Yongding River, south of Beijing. It is located in Daxing County, which is known as “Green Sea Sweet Garden”. In January 1985, the town finance office was established. Li Lianjun, the town’s finance director, has led the finance ministers to participate in the township’s financial work over the past decade, leading cadres and staff of the finance department to organize a total of 59.56 million yuan in revenue, surpassing the income tasks assigned by the county finance every year, with an average annual revenue of 22% Increment. In 1994, the financial revenue of Huangcun Township was 12.92 million yuan, an increase of 6.3 times over the 1.78 million yuan of the initial establishment in 1985.
