目的探讨高职护理教学与临床实践的差异,为教学改革提供依据。方法对我校15名在三级医院实习结束的学生进行访谈,对收集的资料进行分析、整理。结果目前高职护理教学与临床实践存在的差异主要表现在用物、新理论的应用、知识的更新以及病房与实验室、真实病人与模拟病人等方面。结论应加强实训基地建设,改革临床教学模式;更新教材内容,注重教材建设;培养双师型教师,改革教学方法,减少学校教学与临床实践的差异。
Objective To explore the difference between nursing teaching and clinical practice in higher vocational education and provide basis for teaching reform. Methods Interviews were conducted with 15 students who completed internship in tertiary hospitals in our school. The collected data were analyzed and sorted out. Results At present, the differences between nursing teaching and clinical practice in higher vocational schools are mainly manifested in the use of objects and new theories, the updating of knowledge, and wards and laboratories, real patients and simulated patients. Conclusion The construction of practical training base should be strengthened to reform the clinical teaching mode. The content of teaching materials should be renewed, the teaching material should be constructed, the double teachers should be trained, the teaching methods should be reformed, and the differences between teaching and clinical practice should be reduced.
