认识卡通漫画的问题,是为了认识卡通漫画可能给儿童造成的不良影响。在谈问题之前,我想有必要重申一些基本的媒介观点:第一,媒介的影响不是直接的;第二,媒介的影响不是即时的;第三,媒介的影响对所有的儿童不是相同的。也就是说,不是所有的儿童一看不好的卡通漫画,就立刻变坏了。现在有的教育者将卡通漫画认定是儿童学习不好、品德败坏的罪魁祸首,我以为失之偏颇。每个孩子都有成功的愿望,当他们在学习方面不能如愿时,可能就在卡通漫画或游戏机里寻找成功,结果造成了学习不好的孩子大多喜欢阅读卡通漫画或喜欢打游戏机的现象。媒介对孩子产生不好的影响是有条件的,比如孩子的家庭生活不稳定,同伴关系比较紧张,在学校生活中总是不成功,对相关知识了解得较少等等,当媒介传播的内容触动了他时,他可能会产生一些不道德行为或反社会行为,这也就是我们所说的“不良影响”。
