介绍了展筋丸的质量控制和急性毒性研究。应用双波长薄层扫描法对展筋丸中的士的宁含量进行了测定。方法简便、可靠。平均回收率为９６．８０％，变异系数ＲＳＤ＝０．６４（ｎ＝５）。同时，急性毒性试验也表明，展筋丸的临床常用剂量是安全可靠的。
The quality control and acute toxicity of Zengjin Pills were introduced. The strychnine content in Jinjin pills was determined by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning. The method is simple and reliable. The average recovery rate was 96.80% and the coefficient of variation was RSD=0.64 (n=5). At the same time, the acute toxicity test also showed that the clinically used dose of Jinzhanwan is safe and reliable.
