碳化物的形状、大小与分布是钢的主要显微结构参数,碳化物的弥散析出是重要的强化机构,而且影响钢的韧化。本文着重叙述碳化物对钢的强韧化和机械性能的影响,同时介绍了碳化物析出的热力学、动力学特征和影响碳化物的因素。
The shape, size and distribution of carbides are the main microstructure parameters of steel. The dispersion of carbides is an important strengthening mechanism and affects the toughening of steel. This article focuses on the effects of carbides on the toughness and mechanical properties of steels. At the same time, the thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of carbide precipitation and the factors influencing carbides are introduced.
