产品质量问题关系到我国现代化建设的进程和民族的兴衰.这是个亟待解决的问题.以往的研究多是以企业推行全面质量管理为基本内容的,难免受到一些局限.本文从我国国情出,以宏观质量管理为研究,探讨具有中国特色的质量管理论和方法.文章先分析了我国工业产品质量差的根本原因,在此基础上提出了我国应该实行综合质量管理的观点,并详细论证了实行综合质量管理的依据.作者根据系统理论的基本原理,提出了综合质量管理体制的结构模式和运行机制.文章最后,对我国实行这种管理体制的有利条件也作了探讨.
The issue of product quality is related to the process of modernization in our country and the rise and fall of the nation. This is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. The past studies mostly focused on the implementation of total quality management by the enterprise as the basic content. It will inevitably be limited by some limitations. This article is based on the national conditions of our country. The macro-quality management is a research and discussion of quality management theory and methods with Chinese characteristics. The article first analyzes the basic reasons for the poor quality of industrial products in China. Based on this, it puts forward the viewpoint that China should implement comprehensive quality management, and demonstrates the implementation in detail. The basis of comprehensive quality management. Based on the basic principles of system theory, the author proposes the structural model and operating mechanism of the integrated quality management system. At the end of the article, the favorable conditions for implementing this type of management system in China are also discussed.
