在阿拉伯树胶存在下的酸性介质中,铋(Ⅲ)、镉(Ⅱ)分别与碘化钾、罗丹明B形成水溶性的三元离子缔合物,据此提出了测定铋、镉的高灵敏度的分光光度法。离子缔合物的摩尔吸光系数分别为4.70×105L·mol-1·cm-1和6.30×105L·mol-1·cm-1,最大吸收波长分别在580nm和588nm处。铋(Ⅲ)浓度在0~8μg/25mL,镉(Ⅱ)浓度在0~3μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。本方法用于低合金钢中铋和镉的测定,结果较好。
In an acidic medium in the presence of gum arabic, bismuth (III) and cadmium (II) form water-soluble ternary ion association with potassium iodide and rhodamine B, respectively, and accordingly, a spectrophotometer has been proposed in which high sensitivity of bismuth and cadmium Luminosity method. The molar absorptivities of ionic complexes were 4.70 × 105 L · mol-1 · cm-1 and 6.30 × 105 L · mol-1 · cm-1, respectively. The maximum absorption wavelengths were at 580 nm and 588 nm, respectively. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 8μg / 25mL for bismuth (Ⅲ) and 0 ~ 3μg / 25mL for cadmium (Ⅱ). The method is used for the determination of bismuth and cadmium in low alloy steel with good results.
