法律战是现代法治条件下进行军事斗争准备和开展军事斗争活动的一项重要手段,《反分裂国家法》是反“台独”的重要法律武器。《反分裂国家法》的制定有着充分的法理依据、明确的宪法依据和严格的立法程序,它对于遏制“台独”分裂势力、钳制外部干涉势力、赢得各界广泛支持有着重大的战略意义,在以法制“法”、以法遏“独”、以法促“统”等方面发挥着重要作用。
