一、概述 采用模块化的方法设计的医疗电子仪器具有应用面广、功能扩展方便、系统升级容易等优点。如病人监护类仪器的一种常见结构是由插件式的模块与一台主处理机组合而成。在这种组合式结构的系统中,各模块之间的接口连接方式影响着系统的性能和结构。一个好的接口连接结构将使系统具有组成灵活、功能完善、结构简单、可靠性高等特点。因此在模块化仪器的设计中,必须选择合适的接口连接方案。在我们的设计组合式生理信号检测系统(CMSPS)中,选用了一种称作CAN总线的控制器局域网作为模块的硬件连接网络。并制定了网络应用层协议和适合于生理信号检测的模块连接协议。该系统具有分布式结构,网络中的模块不仅能组合成通常的集中式检测仪器,而且能组成分布式的各种检测系统。
I. Overview The medical electronic instrument designed by the method of modularization has the advantages of wide application range, convenient function expansion and easy system upgrade. A common structure such as patient monitoring instruments is a combination of a plug-in module and a main processor. In such a combined architecture system, the interfacing between the various modules affects the performance and structure of the system. A good interface connection structure will make the system have the characteristics of flexible composition, perfect function, simple structure and high reliability. Therefore, in the design of modular instruments, we must choose the right interface connection scheme. In our design of the CMSPS, a controller LAN called CAN bus was chosen as the hardware connection to the module. And developed a network application layer protocol and module connection protocol suitable for physiological signal detection. The system has a distributed structure, the network of modules can not only be combined into the usual centralized detection equipment, but also to form a variety of distributed detection system.
