目的评估米非司酮胶囊(Ⅱ)(米福)50mg配伍米索前列醇600μg终止早孕的疗效和安全性。方法第一日晨9点,口服米福5粒(25mg),晚9点,口服米福5粒(25mg);第二日空置;第三日晨9点,口服米索前列醇3粒(600μg)。对720例怀孕<7周者妇女终止早孕,观察孕囊排出时间、阴道出血量和出血时间以及不良反应。结果米福50mg配伍米索前列醇终止早孕720例,完全流产率98.1%,不全流产率1.9%。99%在服用米索后6h内排出胚胎。90.3%流产后阴道出血量少于月经。98.1%流产后出血时间小于7d,1.9%出血时间7～10d。服用米福后仅1.5%出现阴道少量出血。结论低剂量米非司酮(米福)50mg配伍米索前列醇是一种安全、有效的终止早孕方法 。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 50 mg mifepristone capsules (Mi Fu) combined with 600 μg of misoprostol for termination of early pregnancy. Methods The first day morning at 9 o’clock, mifeprinone 5 tablets (25mg), 9 o’clock in the evening, oral Mifei 5 capsules (25mg); the second day empty; the third day morning 9 orally, misoprostol 3 600 μg). Of 720 pregnant women <7 weeks of pregnancy termination of early pregnancy, observation of gestational sac discharge time, vaginal bleeding and bleeding time and adverse reactions. Results Mi Fu 50mg misoprostol termination of pregnancy in 720 cases, the complete abortion rate of 98.1%, incomplete abortion rate of 1.9%. Ninety-nine percent of the embryos were released within 6 hours after taking misoprostol. 90.3% of vaginal bleeding after abortion less than menstruation. 98.1% bleeding time after abortion is less than 7d, 1.9% bleeding time 7 ~ 10d. Only 1.5% after taking mofu vaginal bleeding. Conclusion Low dose of mifepristone (Mifu) 50mg with misoprostol is a safe and effective method to terminate early pregnancy.
