改革开放以来,临江区的乡旗企业得到了飞速发展。截止1989年底,全区共有乡镇企业2000多户,其中,集体企业306户,乡镇企业从业人员达10,227人,产值9,271万元,占全区工农业总产值的42.9%。目前,我区乡镇企业进入了前所未有的困境,除面临资金紧张,能源短缺、原材料不足、市场疲软等困难外,我认为我区的乡镇企业本身具有许多问题。一、产业结构不够合理
Since the reform and opening up, the banner of Linjiang District enterprises have been rapid development. By the end of 1989, there were more than 2,000 township enterprises in the region, of which 306 were collective enterprises and 10,227 were employed by township and village enterprises with an output value of 92.71 million yuan, accounting for 42.9% of the total output value of agriculture and industry. At present, the township enterprises in our district have entered an unprecedented dilemma. Apart from such difficulties as shortage of funds, energy shortage, lack of raw materials and weak markets, the township and village enterprises in our region have many problems in themselves. First, the industrial structure is not reasonable enough
