通过使用SAVER这一数据采集设备来对铁路运输环境中的振动数据进行记录与分析。从空间三轴向来记录发生在列车运行方向、垂直地面方向和水平方向的振动信号,并拟合出每个方向的随机振动PSD曲线。所监测的铁路线包括京沪、京沈、京广、陇海,与ASTM、ISTA标准的PSD曲线对比,掌握国内铁路运输的振动强度水平,使产品包装设计能够更加适应国内运输环境,更加趋于合理化。
The use of SAVER, a data acquisition device, records and analyzes vibration data in the railroad transport environment. The vibration signals occurring in the direction of train travel, vertical ground direction and horizontal direction are recorded from the spatial three-axis direction, and the random vibration PSD curves of each direction are fitted. The monitored railway lines include Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Shenyang, Jingguang and Longhai. Compared with the PSD curves of ASTM and ISTA standards, the railway line under monitoring can grasp the vibration intensity level of domestic railway transportation and make the product packaging design more suitable to the domestic transportation environment, Rationalization.
