教学反思是教师以自己的教学活动为意识对象,对自己的教育理念、教学行为、决策以及由此所产生的结果进行认真的自我审视和评价、反馈、控制、调节和分析,是一种理性的思考。在新课程实施过程中,教师的教学反思在提高教师教学素质、能力等方面起着不可低估的作用。它能够使教师的教学经验理论化,使教师不断改进教学观念,改善教学行为,提升教学水平,同时,使教师逐渐养成对教学现象、教学问题的独立思考和创造性见解。
