目的探讨卡托普利用于高血压并慢性肾衰治疗的有效性及安全性。方法选取88例高血压病并慢性肾衰患者资料进行分组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组加用卡托普利治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗,治疗组患者BUN、Scr等指标显著下降,降血压效果及肾功改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论卡托普利治疗高血压并慢性肾衰疗效显著,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of captopril in the treatment of hypertension and chronic renal failure. Methods Eighty-eight patients with hypertension and chronic renal failure were enrolled in this study. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment. The patients in the treatment group were treated with captopril, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the BUN, Scr and other indicators of the treatment group decreased significantly, and the hypotensive effect and improvement of renal function were better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Captopril treatment of hypertension and chronic renal failure significant effect, and high safety.
