针对当前我国高校西藏学生培养模式的现状,以四川大学的藏族学生为中心考察,通过问卷调查的方式总结高校西藏学生两种培养模式的特点,进而在教育公平理论的视野下进行比较分析。本着“公平和效率相统一”的原则,根据所处的教育环境,我们应该在人才培养的过程中注重培养质量,提高教育效率,以效率促进公平,进而选择一种适合高校西藏学生的人才培养模式——以分散培养模式为主,注重学生实际情况和个人发展。
Aiming at the current situation of Tibetan students training mode in colleges and universities in our country, the author takes Tibetan students in Sichuan University as an example. By means of questionnaire survey, this paper summarizes the characteristics of Tibetan students’ training mode in two aspects and makes a comparative analysis from the perspective of educational equity theory. In line with the principle of “fairness and efficiency are united”, according to the education environment in which we live, we should focus on cultivating quality, improving education efficiency, promoting fairness through efficiency, and choosing a suitable university student in Tibet Talent Training Mode - Focus on decentralized training mode, pay attention to the actual situation of students and personal development.
