2015年1月28日,菏泽市梅花拳协会在菏泽市秀水镇酒店会议室召开成立大会。菏泽市体育局房惠民局长、菏泽武协副主席秘书长盛建忠、牡丹区武协主席张以年、市民政局鲍振坤等领导以及筹备委员会、梅花拳弟子一百多人出席大会。大会选举了相关负责人,菏泽科技中专校长陈雷当选主席,黄太恒、张建军、李建立、葛强、王文科、孟庆全、曹广超当选为副主席,王铮当选为秘书长。著名武术家、摔跤健将、梅花拳十五代大师陈良柱老先生当选为名誉主席。梅
