目的结合我院PACS存储方案的设计实践和我们论证过程,探讨适合国情的PACS存储方案的设计原则和优化的选择。材料与方法分析和论证具有自动装载功能的库类海量存储设备及其相关系统,如磁带库、光盘库等。涉及的存储介质为:硬磁盘、MOD(Magnetic Optic Disk)、CD/DVD和DLT(Digital Linear Tape);通过论证数据产生总量及增长比率确定存储容量及要求、分析影像调用频率及间期确定影像高速缓存和在线存储规模、比较不同类型的存储介质/设备的基本参数指标决定合适的存储方式、分析不同存储解决方案的特点及适用环境,确定优化的存储解决方案。结果我院放射科PACS设计年影像数据压缩后约为1.35TB,压缩比例2:1。年影像数据增长率设计为10%、影像高速缓存期确定为2月,高速缓存容量为250GB,影像在线管理期设计为12个月,对应于病人进行影像检查随访的基础周期。存储设备/介质基本参数指标比较包括平均介质装/卸载时间、平均读写率、平均访问时间、平均数据传输率、以及驱动器/存储介质价格和系统兼容性。提出存储方案设计参考模式。结论在PACS的设计中,影像存储解决方案是关键的环节之一。应根据影像数据总?
Objective To explore the design principles and optimization options of PACS storage solutions that fit the national conditions by combining the design practice of PACS storage solutions in our hospital and our demonstration process. Materials and Methods Analysis and demonstration of mass storage devices and their related systems, such as tape libraries and optical disk libraries, with automatic loading function. The storage medium involved is: Hard Disk, MOD (Magnetic Optic Disk), CD / DVD and DLT (Digital Linear Tape); Determine the storage capacity and requirements by demonstrating the total amount and growth rate of data; Analyze the image calling frequency and inter- Cache and online storage scale. Comparing the basic parameters of different types of storage media / devices determines the proper storage mode, analyzes the characteristics and applicable environments of different storage solutions, and determines the optimized storage solution. Results Our hospital radiology PACS annual design image data compression is about 1.35TB, compression ratio of 2: 1. The annual growth rate of image data is designed to be 10%, the image cache period is set to February, the cache capacity is 250GB, and the image online management period is designed to be 12 months, corresponding to the patient’s basic period for image inspection follow-up.
