由于企业是社会系统的子系统,没有那一家企业不受社会环境的影响,所以,当经济工作者不考虑经济以外的因素去模型化社会经济问题时,许多理论(包括经营者薪酬理论)可能会面临与社会实践不一致的窘境.为了弥补经营者薪酬理论在这方面的缺陷,本文运用系统思想,在提出双因素薪酬方案、评价函数、转换系数概念之后,将社会环境因素引入委托-代理模型之中;然后,通过求解模型和参数分析,提出了实施经营者薪酬计划的策略.
Since enterprises are subsystems of the social system and none of them is immune to the social environment, many theories (including the theory of executive compensation) may be economists who model socio-economic issues without considering factors other than the economy Will face the dilemma of being inconsistent with the social practice.In order to make up for the shortcomings of the operator’s salary theory in this respect, this paper uses the system theory to introduce the social environmental factors into the principal-agent model after the concept of two-factor compensation plan, evaluation function and conversion coefficient are proposed Then, by solving the model and parameter analysis, the strategy of implementing executive compensation plan is put forward.
