利用竞争性抑制谷氨酰胺生物合成的方法，从福州郊区土壤中分离到除草活性物质产生菌Ｍ－２２，其特征与除草剂双丙磷（ｂｉａｌａｐｈｏｓ）产生菌吸水链霉菌ＳＦ－１２９３相近，Ｍ－２２代谢产物ＦＭ－２２经光谱分析证明与双丙磷同质。
