“学生是学习的主人。”“要把学生置于学习的主体地位。”这些话每位教师都耳熟能详,说起来也容易。但是在实际教学中,并不是所有的老师都能做到。在以前的教学中,我经常犯“以教代学”的毛病,课堂上不敢放手,不会放手,也不愿放手。直到新课改以后,一次“意外”的教学给我很大的触动,使我深刻认识到:教师要把学生真正当作学习的“主角”。那是一次校级教研课,学校指定我按照新课程的教学理念上一节研究课。我最初的想法是:这次
