为探究压缩机的倒置性能,搭建性能实验台,研究制冷剂充注量对制冷性能的影响。结果表明:当制冷量及其他条件一定时,随着充注量的增加,压缩机排气温度和功率大于正立的值,制冷COP(coefficient of performance)小于正立的值。最佳制冷剂充注量150 g下的最大制冷COP值为3.2。压缩机倒置后系统性能良好,该系统是“重力无关”系统。压缩机倒置性能实验可为热泵空间应用提供实验参考价值。
In order to explore the compressor’s inversion performance, set up a performance test bench to study the impact of refrigerant charge on the refrigeration performance. The results show that when the cooling capacity and other conditions are constant, as the charge increases, the temperature and power of the compressor exhaust exceed the value of the upright, and the COP (coefficient of performance) is less than the value of the upright. The maximum COP value of the best refrigerant charge at 150 g is 3.2. The system performance is good after the compressor is upside down, the system is “gravity independent ” system. Compressor inversion performance experiment can provide experimental reference value for heat pump space application.
