为了比较~(125)I和~(131)I的生物效应和观察性别不同的动物反应特点,用150只3月龄大鼠进行了实验。~(125)I或~(131)I标记的Nal溶于0.5ml生理溶液中,一次腹腔内注入量:~(125)I为0.16和0.93MBq/只,~(131)I为0.037和0.22MBq/只。上述量的放射性核素完全衰变时可产生大致相等的甲状腺剂量,第一组为2.3Gy,第二组为13Gy,观察动物20个月,结果如下。
In order to compare the biological effects of ~ (125) I and ~ (131) I with observing the characteristics of different animal reactions, experiments were conducted in 150 three-month-old rats. ~ (125) I or ~ (131) I labeled Nal was dissolved in 0.5ml physiological solution.
