目的：探讨综合康复训练护理模式在冠心病合并脑卒中患者中的运用价值.方法：选取我院2014年1月至2014年9月期间60例冠心病合并脑卒中患者，随机均分为实验组及对照组，实验组患者予以综合康复训练护理，对照组患者予以常规护理，6个月后观察对比两组患者的血压控制情况，血脂控制情况及生活活动能力。结果：实验组的血压、血脂控制情况，生活活动能力均明显优于对照组。结论：对冠心病合并脑卒中的患者实施综合康复训练模式，可有效控制患者血压，血脂，提高患者的遵医行为，促进患者的患者生活活动能力，提高院外满意度，值得临床推广.
Objective: To explore the value of comprehensive rehabilitation training nursing model in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with stroke.Methods: Sixty patients with coronary heart disease complicated with stroke in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group In the control group, the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive rehabilitation training and the control group were given routine nursing care. After 6 months, the blood pressure control, blood lipid control and living activities were compared between the two groups. Results: The experimental group's blood pressure, blood lipid control, living activity were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Comprehensive rehabilitation training for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with stroke can effectively control blood pressure and blood lipids, improve patient compliance, promote patients' living activities, and improve hospital satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
