一、中期票据概述美国资本市场上的中期票据(medium-termnotes)是以注册(非持票人)形式,由发行人的一家代理人持续地向投资者发售的证券,通常其最小面值为10万美元,期限为九个月或九个月以上,虽然大多数中期票据项目允许较宽的到期期限(从九个月至三十年,甚至更长),但一般均在2年至10年内到期,大多数中期票据至少被一家美国公认的等级评估机构评为投资级。
I. Introduction to Medium Term Notes Medium-term notes in US capital markets are securities that are continuously offered to investors by an issuer’s agent in the form of a registered (non-bearer) card, usually with a minimum face value of 10 Ten thousand dollars, with a term of nine months or more. Though most MTF items allow for a wider maturity (from nine months to thirty years or more), they are generally between 2 and 10 Due during the year, most medium-term notes are rated at least as investment grade by a U.S.-accredited rating agency.
