我加工的一种产品(图1)图纸要求两端内孔同轴度为0.05mm。原来用卡盘夹一端法兰外圆,用百分表校正另一端外圆,用中心架支承,使工件外圆跳动允差在0.04mm以下。用这种方法加工,不易高速切削,要经常用机油润滑中心架支承爪,内孔还容易产生椭圆,质量难以保证。针对上述问题,我改进了工艺,把工件外径车削到φ50-_(0.01)~0,与310轴承配合,用中心架支承轴承外圆(图2)。用此方法,能进行高速切削,很适于批量生产。经一年多加工证明,提高了工效,产品质量好,保证了图纸要求。
A product I process (Figure 1) drawings require that the coaxiality of both ends of the hole is 0.05mm. The original clip with a flange flange on the outside, dial gauge with the other end of the outer circle, with the center frame support, the workpiece outside the circle beat tolerance of 0.04mm below. In this method of processing, not easy to high-speed cutting, oil lubrication to the center frame often support claws, the hole is also easy to produce oval, the quality is difficult to guarantee. In response to the above problems, I improved the process, turning the outer diameter of the workpiece φ50-_ (0.01) ~ 0, with the 310 bearing with the center frame supporting the bearing outer circle (Figure 2). With this method, high-speed cutting, it is suitable for mass production. After more than a year of processing proved to improve ergonomics, product quality, ensure the drawings requirements.
