从电力需求侧管理角度考虑,能效电厂(efficiency power plant,EPP)类似于传统电厂,能够向电力系统供应等效电能。构建了智能电网条件下EPP参与市场竞价交易的分析模型及其综合效益测算指标。以IEEE30节点电力系统某24 h交易周期为例,对EPP参与竞价交易前后的包括市场出清价、各机组发电量、网损、EPP机组利润在内的市场交易结果及系统负荷特性进行了对比分析,并测算出了各EPP的综合效益值。结果表明:EPP参与市场竞价交易后,不仅有利于电力用户和供电企业,更有助于电力系统的经济、稳定运行,因而存在着很高的综合效益。
From the DSM perspective, an energy efficiency plant (EPP), similar to a conventional power plant, can supply equivalent energy to the power system. The analytic model of EPP participating in the market bidding transaction under smart grid and the index of comprehensive benefit calculation are constructed. Taking a 24 h trading cycle of IEEE30 node power system as an example, the market trading results and system load characteristics of EPP before and after the bidding transaction including market clearing price, generating capacity of each unit, net loss and EPP unit profit are compared Analysis, and calculate the comprehensive benefit value of each EPP. The results show that EPP participates in market bidding transaction, which not only benefits power users and power supply enterprises, but also contributes to the economic and stable operation of power system. Therefore, EPP has a high comprehensive benefit.
