本文以获得住房和城乡建设部三星级绿色建筑设计标识项目——全国人大机关办公楼为例,详细介绍了设计阶段所采用的绿色技术策略,包括下沉庭院设计、天然采光设计、自然通风设计、形体自遮阳设计等被动式节能策略以及温湿度独立控制空调系统、冰蓄冷系统、分项计量系统、可再生能源利用技术等主动式节能策略,同时对其他绿色建筑技术包括室外渗水铺装、市政中水利用、旧建筑利用等进行了论述。
