5取代四唑环在气相下与质谱化学电离源等离子体二次反应所产生的酰基离子作用 ,在产物离子中有被认为是重排的 2 ,5双取代 1,3,4恶二唑存在。用在凝相下反应获得的 2 ,5双取代 1,3,4恶二唑衍生物谱图与5取代四唑衍生物和酰基等离子体反应产生的恶二唑衍生物谱图相比较来证实它的结构。在这个转变过程中有一个在凝相下不能被隔离的酰化了的四唑中间体参与 ,在重排之后 ,氮 (N)丢失 ,形成恶二唑衍生物。在现有条件下 ,我们能够在第一自由场区隔离中间产物离子并利用碰撞诱导分裂 -串联质谱来论证它的结构
The 5-substituted tetrazole ring has the effect of acyl ion produced by the secondary reaction of the plasma in the gas phase with the ionization of the mass spectrometry chemical ion. In the product ion, 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazole is considered to be rearranged . The spectra of 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives obtained by the reaction under condensed phase were confirmed in comparison with the spectra of oxadiazole derivatives produced by the reaction of 5-substituted tetrazole derivatives and acyl plasmas Its structure. In this transformation there is an acylated tetrazole intermediate that can not be isolated at the condensate phase. After rearrangement, nitrogen (N) is lost to form the oxadiazole derivative. Under the current conditions, we can isolate intermediate product ions in the first free field and demonstrate its structure using collision-induced split-tandem mass spectrometry
