利用简单的室温液相反应制备了KY_2F_7及镧系离子掺杂的KY_2F_7∶Eu~(3+)和KY_2F_7:Tb~(3+)的纳米球,并利用XRD,TEM,SEM,XRF和荧光光谱对所制备的材料进行了表征。研究表明Eu~(3+)或Tb~(3+)离子已成功地掺杂在KY_2F_7纳米球中。掺杂后的KY_2F_7∶Eu~(3+)和KY_2F_7∶Tb~(3+)显示出Eu~(3+)或Tb~(3+)离子的特征发射峰。
KY 2 F 7 and lanthanide doped KY 2 F 7: Eu 3+ and KY 2 F 7: Tb 3+ nanospheres were prepared by simple room temperature liquid phase reaction. XRD, TEM, SEM, XRF and fluorescence spectra The prepared material was characterized. The results show that Eu ~ (3+) or Tb ~ (3+) ions have been successfully doped in KY_2F_7 nanospheres. The doped KY 2 F 7: Eu 3+ and KY 2 F 7: Tb 3+ show characteristic emission peaks of Eu 3+ or Tb 3+ ions.
