据全国农业技术推广服务中心2015年12月15-16日组织各省(区、市)测报技术人员和有关专家会商,结合水稻病虫基数、栽培制度、水稻品种、冬春季气候条件等因素综合分析,预计2016年水稻病虫害将呈偏重发生态势,重于常年,发生面积15.7亿亩次。其中,虫害发生面积10.8亿亩次,病害发生面积4.9亿亩次。发生特点:一是稻飞虱、稻纵卷叶螟重发区域广,二化螟集中为害现象突出;二是稻瘟病、稻曲病流行风险高;三是南方水稻黑条矮缩病呈回升态势,水稻白叶枯病、细菌性基腐病局部地区偏重发生。
